Privacy Policy
At Axivokeltarax S.A.S. we take care of the personal data you share with us when you visit the site, review a project or contact us through the form. This policy explains what information we collect, for which purposes we use it and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the supplementary regulations issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Axivokeltarax S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892034-3, with registered offices at Av. Corrientes 1543, 8th Floor, C1042AAI, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For personal data enquiries, write to privacidad@axivokeltarax.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the minimum data needed: name, email address and the content of the message sent through the form. In addition, when you give consent, we may record anonymous technical browsing data (pages visited, device and browser) through analytics tools.
3. Purposes
We use your data to answer your enquiry, share specific information about projects, comply with legal and accounting obligations and — with your prior consent — measure the use of the site and show advertising related to the sector.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your free and informed consent, on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship initiated by the form and on our legal, tax and regulatory duties as a platform registered with the CNV.
5. Retention
We keep the data for the time needed to answer your enquiry and then for the minimum term required by Argentine tax and regulatory rules. Once that term expires, data is securely deleted.
6. Recipients
Data is handled by authorised staff on our internal team and, where appropriate, by technical providers located in Argentina or in countries with an adequate level of protection. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as revoke the consent granted, by writing to privacidad@axivokeltarax.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the AAIP, the enforcement authority of Law 25,326.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or loss of information, including encrypted transmission (TLS 1.3) and strict internal access controls.
9. Changes
We update this policy whenever our practices or the applicable regulations change. The date of the latest revision appears in the header. In case of material changes, we will announce them through visible notices on the site.
